Please help me to advise in this scenario:
My PD is 01/2013, EB3 straight.
Receive Data : 10/2019
EAD : approved
medicals : waiting for RFE
i-485 - pending
I did my GC filing through the employer A. I got another job opportunity with employer B (similar job).
Employer B applied for H1B transfer. By the time H1 got approved, I did receive my EAD approval too.
Please help me to advise in this scenario:

- Since my I-485 is still pending with USCIS, which is safest way to join with new employer B now - H1B or EAD?
- Is porting needed if switch to employer B on H1B?
- Is porting needed if switch to employer B on EAD ?
- If I switch to the employer B, what kind of issues can be possible with employer A? i.e. any withdrawals, revokes can happen?
- What kind documentation is needed from employer B other than i-485-J?
