Hey guys I had my interviewed yesterday and didn’t get approved on the spot?
what this supposed to mean

“Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed


Your interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC1111111111111, was completed, and your case must be reviewed. We will mail you a notice if we make a decision or take further action.””

Did anyone go through this and what’s was the out come?

There are many people getting this, not all are approved on the same day.
The wait time varies from a few days to weeks and sometimes even months.
Some officers will do this if they don't have all the requirements in front of them (like background check) or they think some document is missing (even if nothing is missing), they are in training and can't approve without confirmation from a senior officer, etc.

The outcome, almost all people get approved sooner or later, a few rare cases require a second interview. I hope you get approved soon. Good luck.
