I131 expedited application

hello, i applied for I131 to be expedited about 12 business days ago and nothing has happened ,i reached out through emma and and the agent told me to wait , im confused should i call or what should i do next, or the request was denied ?
you help from previous experience will be much appreciated

Did you receive an online update that says "Expedite Request Received"?
Did you provide any documents to do the request?

If you contacted an agent via Emma and they told you to wait then that is what you should do! You will get online notification once decision is made.
