Adjustment of Status

Hi,

Can anybody give their opinion with this scenario?
1. Base on AOS thru employment, can the petitioner withdraw his/her petition even if AOS is on process? Would their be any impact on petitions case?

The reason being?

Its just a scenario (let's say the employer change his mind). Can An employer withdraw the petition while I485 thru employment is pending? Thanks for taking time and for the response.

Yes the employer may do so at anytime before you get GC. I-140 may be revoked

Thanks for the reply Ravi Niu, What would be the ramification of such action by the employer? would it also result to green card denial? Anybody could give their expert knowledge. Thanks again in advance.
