11/04/2021 - Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence was received
02/15/2021 - EAD Card is being produced.

I was able to download the approval notice and it shows the EAD is valid for 2 years. It is little strange as the marriage based filings normally have one year EAD. I am not sure whether to be happy for 2 years of EAD or be little concerned as this may be signaling a delay of the interview..

2 years is standard now. It has nothing to do with possible delay in interview being scheduled.

Btw, how do you download the notices online? Can you share the steps?

I found the approval notices in my USCIS online account -> Case Documents -> USCIS Notices

Question to everyone, why is my mom's SSN showed "Working only with DHS authorization", she got her EAD card, do we need to visit SSN office to update the SSN card?

Updates on my parent's green card applications. I got my mom's SSN and EAD card in the mail.
My mom:
08/24/2021: Mail out the package: I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131
08/25/2021: Received receipt number.
08/30/2021: Received ASC Biometrics Appointment Notice.
09/24/2021: Biometrics appointment is taken.
02/16/2022: I-765 approved, EAD card will mail out separately
02/23/2022: Received SSN card and EAD card approval letter
02/25/2022: Received EAD card.
Green card I-485 is pending for review.

My dad:

That's the correct SSN card when you get your EAD card. Once she gets the GC, then you can go to the SSN office to remove the legend. Some people never do go remove the legend.

The valid EAD is the authorization from DHS to work.

Did you applied SSN card separately? My mother only received EAD card but no SSN, even though we selected SSN box in the application. I was planning to schedule an appointment to get her SSN card. Should I wait to see if we too get the card?
