My previous employer mentioned that they would revoke my petition since I terminated the employment with them.
At the time, my I-485 had been pending for over 180 days with an approved I-140 from 3 years ago.
I am with my new employer for a little over a month, no gap in employment.
Question:
I don't know if my previous employer actually revoked my petition. If so, is there anything I should do? Will USCIS send an RFE after green card is issued?
