Spouse AOS is still pending!

My case is EB1 Manger category.
On 17th of August my status and my son’s status changed to “New card is being produced”.I am really worried it has been 4 days and my wife’s status has not changed. In our case interview was waived as my status changed without the interview. Now my status is “Card is mailed”.

My wife’s status is still showing:
As of May 1, 2021, fingerprints relating to your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSCxxcxxxxx, have been applied to your case. If you move...

Any suggestions why this is happening?

USCIS procedure is a mystery. It could be any of these:

• extra background check or one not completed. Sometimes names are similar to others that need to make sure everything is clean
• case with a different officer and haven't reviewed or needed your approval first and still needs to back to your wife case to approve
• the officer didn't complete the approval case in your wife's case
• sometimes the online system doesn't show the approval but the GC arrives without the system changing

I have read several reports of this happening. You will just need to wait for your cards to arrive and then your wife can contact USCIS asking about the case.

I guess Monday's status will say: Card Was Picked Up by the USPS and will arrive 1-3 days later.

Thanks for the help and input.I received Green card and approval notice for myself and my son on 24th August.
Finally on 25th August, my wife’s status updated to “New card is being produced”. On 26th of August her status was changed to “Case is Approved”.Now waiting for her green card .
