I think that the Doctor is required to report anyone with an active or latent TB test. I might have been reported as well. It might depend on the state though.

Don't feel bad about it. The medications are just for your protection and according to what I read it's not required for the AOS process though if the doctor recommends them they have to be documented on the form.
It depends on the civil surgeon. I read online that the BCG vaccine shouldn't affect the blood test too, but the civil surgeon told me that usually the effect of the vaccine is gone when people get the blood test and that's why it's affect is almost minimal. My numbers were barely more than the normal numbers. (0.40 instead of 0.31 or something like that).

Either way, I was prepared to take the medications if I had been asked to. And if I get a call from the local health department asking me to take medications I would probably take them too. It's just that different states have different rules but on the federal level it's all Class B latent TB that shouldn't affect the AOS.
Thank you very much for your explanation.

There is no problem in taking medicine and I use it regularly. The only thing that makes me think is that there was no problem by USCIS and he gave 3 months of treatment, I hope they don't wait for the treatment to end before they can decide.

So; there is a situation like this, I think you should do it too and it includes us!!

    - Class B2 TB, Latent TB Infection

Applicants who have a positive IGRA, or history of a positive IGRA, and a chest x-ray not suggestive of tuberculosis disease. The IGRA result, the applicant’s status with respect to LTBI treatment, and the medication(s) used must be documented. For applicants who had more than one IGRA, all dates and results must be documented. All of these applicants must be reported to the health department of jurisdiction. The civil surgeon can treat these applicants for LTBI or refer them for treatment elsewhere, but the applicants do not have to complete treatment before they are medically cleared and their I-693 forms are completed, because LTBI is not a Class A condition
