More than a month receipt notice

Hello,
I filed on 28th of July but haven’t heard back. I’ve been trying to call but I couldn’t talk to an agent, only computer. I e-mail-ed Lockbox support one week ago but I haven’t received any reply. Now I’m getting worried because it’s been more than a month. Do you have any information on how I can proceed at this point? Thank you.

took 60 days for me to get a receipt. I would just say be patient.

They work in mysterious ways… I got my NOA’s after 6 days but like the poster above waited 60.

First did you send check, credit card or money order?
Second mine took about 35 days for the credit card to get charged and i think another week later I got the paper receipts, so I think its still normal for you! Wait at least another week

I sent credit card. Does it make a difference the way of payment?

I sent credit card too and later found out that there is good and bad in that! the good thing is you can check and see when they are going to charge the CC which is usually prior you receiving notification. The bad thing is that according to some people a lot of time if the transaction does not go true (bank declines it because its a high limit, or clerk types in incorrect number or something similar) they only try once and thats it. If it doesn not go true they send back the entire package and you have to resubmit. Mine went true okay tho so not to scare you or anything-just things to keep in mind!

Took me a month to get a receipt to renew my COMBO Card but the funny thing I wrote the mailbox and it took them 1 day to give me a response. If you write them, give them your USPS or FEDEX tracking number.

Thank you for the responses, I didn’t get any response after e-mail-ing them but fortunately today I saw in my credit card that they took the money, so I’m relieved now.

this to get ur recipet notice? or to get the biometric appointment. I got my recipt in like 3 weeks....no news of biometric in 65 days.....still waiting
