Hello,
I am from India and my Priority Date is July 2011 in EB2 category
In October 2020, my PD became current under EB3
So I filed a downgrade application - with new I-140 and I-485
I got the receipt number and no further movement after that.
So my EB3 I-140 and I-485 have been in the pending status since October 2020
Now in the September bulletin, EB2 India moved to September 2011 and my PD became current in EB2 .
1. Since my EB2 I-140 is already approved since 2011, Can I file a new I-485 for EB2 I-140.
2. Can the two 485's co-exist together and which one gets processed earlier will get me the green card ?
