Pending I-485 for more than 180 days - Approved I-140 less than 6 months

My priority date is July 2012 and my 485 is pending since Nov. 9, 2020. My I-140 was approved less than 6 months ago. If I make an employer change do I risk my I-1485 application as my I-140 was not approved for more than 6 months?
