I am a US born Citizen, my fiance a foreigner working on an H1B.
We planned to get married soon but she has to return to her country
for family matters (death in the family).
We still want to get married, however, we may not have time
to complete the adjustment of status paperwork before she needs to go home.
She would be out of the country for about 2months.
Question #1: If we get married and she returns to Europe,
will she be able to re-enter the US with her H1B without any problems?
Question #2: If her employee will not give her a leave of absence and
she leaves anyway, will she be able to re-enter the US as a _tourist_ without any problems?
