I’m legally married to a man who is here as an O1 visa holder. Our green card interview is this week.
We are not legally separated but we have been living separately since March of last year. I was 3hrs away but moved back to the same town two weeks ago.
apparently having an interview in our status is unusual. It can only be because of our marital troubles.
is there anything we can do at this stage to help get our green cards? We have been married for 11 years and have 3 kids together.
