Medical examination form for AOS required?

My wife came here in USA on Student Visa. We got married a month back, now i'm promptly filling I-130 along with I-485 for AOS. Please suggest, if I also need to submit I-693 form (Medical examination). It will take some time to get all the medical vaccination records from her county.

Is that a good idea to submit I-485 application now and submit I-693 later.

I would really appreciate help with this...

its not mandatory to submit now but make it ready for interview.
