Anyone here have experience with writ of mandamus against USCIS for I-485 and/or I-765? If you have:
1) Was it successful in forcing a decision on your case?
2) How much time passed between filing wom and getting a decision?
3) How long had your application been pending before you decided to file?
I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because my I-765 renewal has been pending for almost a year and I'm almost to the end of the 180-day extension and at risk of losing my job, and I'm experiencing delays after my I-485 interview as well. Trying to gauge if the cost of the wom is worth it/if the outcome would be in my favor. Curious to hear others' experiences.
