When to call USCIS

Hey all,

So it has been a month now since I had my interview and I haven't heard anything back. No case status update (still says an interview was scheduled) and no mail at all. Although the IO said they will update the case by the end of the interview day but nothing.
So should I call USCIS now? or will they just say that this isn't enough time? I'm just in a hurry cause I need to travel urgently and as you guys all advised against travelling with the AP I need to know what's happening and if I'll get the GC soon or not.
Also, is this the best number to call 800-375-5283? I tried that on Friday and it said the wait time was 120 mins! Thanks!

Don't want to burst your bubble and also every case is different but my interview was Oct 2018 the officer told us the same thing until this date nothing changes it still remains at interview was scheduled. Hopefully your case turn out better. All the best.

Strange. No response for 3 years and you are still waiting for your GC?

Man! Wow. How are you still waiting all this?
Did you try anything? Like scheduling an infopass appointment or calling your congressperson..etc?
