Can I do the I-693 medical exam not in my home state?

I am visiting a friend from out of state right now and thinking about doing my medical here as well as it is almost $200 cheaper than in my state. I am almost certain that this is allowed but just wondering if there may be any issues with the officer not liking it or maybe anything else. Thanks a lot!

Of course Yes. Only one thing you will need to consider is designated physician also known as a "civil surgeon" is approved by USCIS.
