Address change , Did not receive reply from USCIS

Hello,
This is Faraz.
Our case was received on August 16, 2021 (F 2A family based).
I made an address change request through my USCIS account on 09/08/2021 ,and on the same day I received an email from USCIS that I should expect a reply by 09/22/2021 regarding the address change.

But I haven't received any reply from them yet.
Is this normal ? did anybody else face such scenario?

Same thing with me, but I have received the I-693 courtesy letter to my new address after the address change so it went through.

Its been a month for me to apply for address change, but haven't received any confirmation too. You should check with Emma. Their address change system is so poor. I applied for address change online request as soon as I moved, and two weeks into it, and my green card was mailed to my old address. I had to talk to both new and old post offices and request them to pick it up in person from them at the post office. Luckily, I happened to be able to talk to helpful people, and I got it, otherwise i would have been in limbo for another few months or year who knows...
