I read this article linked below dated 08/26/2021 that for the Fiscal Year 2022 which starts on 10/01/2021, there will be an even bigger spillover of GCs to employment based GCs and there will be over 290,000 employment based GCs available. I'm pretty confident that with Covid under control along with USCIS incorporating some efficiencies for employment based GC processing (like elimination of interviews) they will adjudicate most if not all of these 290K GCs. I can't imagine a repeat of this year where 80K GCs went down the drain. We shall see. Gotta think positive.
