I-485 approved while priority date not current

Hello,

Want to check if anyone faced this. I got my I-485 Approval Notice, and my priority date is not current yet. Only for mine and not dependents. My attorney said that it seems to be USCIS error and let's wait for few more weeks to see if they reopen and fix their error.

Right now, status shows as Case in Approved and new card has been ordered. Yet to receive the card.

Will this cause any issue in the future, and should I be doing anything now?

If you get a card in hand, Then you are good. Forget about every thing like priority date not current etc.. and enjoy the GC...Good Luck!!!

10/26/2020 I485, I131, I765 Package delivered to TX Lock box in Dallas.
12/21/2020 Application returned due to missing information.
12/31/2020 Application resubmitted and received
02/22/2021 Finger print fee received and Receipt notices received in mail
4/19/2021 Biometrics appointment
4/22/2021 Case shown fingerprints taken
8/10/2021 I485J receipt notice
9/02/2021 I765 and I131 approved
09/09/2021 Received combo approval card via USPS
