Applying for Advance Parole but can't figure out where to mail it?

I applied a few month's ago for my widowed mother's 485 Adjustment of Status. Now she'd like to visit her children and siblings back in our country of origin. I'd like to file a 131 Advance Parole so that she can travel there while waiting for the 485 process. It says to mail to varying locations dependent on the Receipt number's 3-letter beginning, but my mother's receipt number starts with IOE, which isn't listed. Do I just mail it to the Chicago address where cases without any letters in the receipt number go? Thanks.
