EB - How soon I can change employer after I485 approval

Hi,
I am currently on H1B, I-485 pending, EB2, PD is Nov-2006. My current employer filed the I-140 for me.

My question is, after I got the GC how soon I can change the employer?

I asked this because the basis of my GC was future employment with the company who filed my I-140 (which is my current employer), so does it cause any problem if I leave the company after say 2 months I got the GC?

You should stay with your current employer at least 6 months before changing an employer.

1. Does the GC gets cancelled if I leave the employer before 6 months?
2. Can the employer get it cancelled?
