My PD is May 2012 in EB2. With the Oct-21 visa bulletin, I was finally eligible to start my AOS process.
I thought I will also get the medical exam done and submit my I693 along with my AOS documents. However, here is where the things became bit tricky.
Documentation wise i am all set to submit my AOS. However the I693 is taking some time to be signed by the civil surgeon due to some findings which came in my bloodwork & chest X-ray. It seems it may take 5-6 weeks for me before i get my I693 signed
Question: Should i wait for the I693 to be signed (which may take 5-6 weeks)so that i can submit it along with my AOS OR should i go ahead and submit my AOS without it now and then submit the medicals upon RFE? Your advice is greatly appreciated!
P.S. With Nov-21 visa bulletin also i am still eligible to submit my AOS. So technically, i will have time until 11/30 as of now to submit my medicals + AOS, right?
