I-130 Approved & wait until priority date

My I-130 Approved and priority Date is: 11 April 2010. And for month of Oct. 10 priority date is :1 April 10.

1) Once my priroty date will be availbe then I can directly apply for Adusjtment of status. or do i need to wait from any paper work from NVC for adjsutment of status.

I called 800 number they said once you priorty date aviable then call back us. we will give you more details.

I-130 based on what? AOS is only if your are in US. NVC is for someone who is outside US,

Once the priority date is current, you file I-485 and adjust your status. In the mean time do some research, get all your proofs ready and get all the forms necessary.
