I didn't see a topic created for Oct 2021 485 filers. So thought of creating one and sharing our progress with each other so that we can get an approximate idea of when we can expect some progress on our case.

ND: 10/28/2021 (I485, I131, I765 filed concurrently) Receipt # - MSC2290074ZZZ

July 12 - NOA1 in mail for I-130 Nebraska Service Center
September 14 - Emma chat with live agent I-130 at Texas Service Center
September 30 - sent I-485 & I-765 to Chicago lockbox
October 1 - received and signed at lockbox
October 3 - husband received texts
October 6 - NOA1s arrived in mail
October 11 - access codes arrived in mail
November 6 - biometrics appointment notification on USCIS account for November 29
November 9 - RFIE notification of I-130 on husband’s USCIS account

Hi, When my parents were here in US, i have submitted GC appl for my parents on Feb 2, 2022 and got receipt notices on Feb 10, 2022.
Question is their i94 is nearing expiry Mar 8, 2022. Do they need to apply for extn?
I am hearing another info that if they are in AOS, they don't need to apply.
Please advise.

what are the fee that you paid for the three forms and the location you sent to ?
