Another update here. Had our interview today. Went pretty well. IO was very friendly. She said will review our medical (brought with us today) and we should receive a decision within the next couple of weeks. I've read online that some people saw their case status updating the night of or the next day. Is that still the case?

AOS - Marriage Based
October 18, 2021 - Mailed i485, i130, i864, i765, i131 to Chicago lockbox via UPS
October 20, 2021 - Delivered and signed for by J Harper
November 21, 2021 - Received text messages with 4 receipt numbers, credit cards charged
January 25, 2023 - Interview scheduled
February 22, 2023 - Held interview. Decision to be received via mail in the next couple of weeks.

Here’s hoping you’ll get your approval soon! There’s nothing left to do now but to wait as usual!

As for me my case was updated last week with a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny) We are not worried as my husband has already gathered documentation to show USCIS we have bonafides of our marriage from sworn statements notarized from church, pastor who officiated our wedding in 2021, along with bills, joint bank accounts and house deed. We have until the end of March to respond and we are sending them the evidence by Wednesday online along with mailing the proof. The good news in all of this is that I’m thrilled that both the I-130 and I-485 are at our field office in El Paso

Congratulations on your GC!

All good with me! Today both my I-130 and I-485 were approved after 20 months and 17 days!! Marriage based and a conditional GC so I will be dealing with USCIS a couple more times before I’m done since citizenship is the goal.
