We have our interview set in Nov and I am wondering if anyone has gone through the process recently.
We just got married to my wife an year back in Oct 2020 and since its just been an year ,so i am a bit tense about it. My wife is my petitioner and I am the beneficiary.
I have been in the US for the past 11 years( first on F1 and then on H1B, i still am on it , its valid until 2022 Feb) and also have an employer sponsored I-140 since the past 8 years. Does this help with the interview?. Should i take my old i-20 from my university and all my 797 copies to the interview?.
Any questions asked and any specific documents asked at the interview. Any inputs on the interview process and vibe would definitely help us.
