Question about marriage based AOS and H1B transfer

Hi,

I have my AOS filed (Marriage based) and i still have not received my EAD/AP. I have my H1B approved till March 2024. I am looking to change jobs due to some personal reasons, does my AOS application will be affected, if the new employer chooses to transfer my H1B to their organization. Or should i wait till i get my EAD/AP ? Please suggest

From what I read: as your AOS is based on marriage, your H1B changes will not affect your AOS.
I read that if you are married to a USC even some things like overstaying or some non-authorized work are forgiven.
