  • Do not inform employer about pending i-485?

My wife and I submitted our i-485s where she is a primary applicant as DV lottery winner.
Now my employer is in process of filling i-140 and i-485 for me for the employment based green card.
If possible I'd like not to tell my employer and its attorneys that I already have one pending i-485 as a depended applicant.
    Can I do this?

One easy way would be not to go for concurrent filing of I140 & I485.

      Hi Member,
It is not really advisable to hide those information.. If you share those details to Immigration Attorney, they will prepare the petition accordingly. Just go with accurate information and it will protect both the petitions.
      Thanks
