I-485 with EB3 however EB2 is current
To begin with I was on EB2 and my EB2 I-140 was approved long ago.
with all the EB3 forward movement this year, I did downgrade and concurrent filed I-140,I-485 under EB3 category. EB3 I-140 is approved. EB3 I-485 is still pending. As we all know EB3 retrogression happened and not sure how long it takes to get my PD current under EB3.
However with Dec 2021 bulletin my PD is current under EB2 category.
What are my options here to get my GC under EB2 category?
