How to proof credit card authorized user?

I and my spouse has Bank of America credit card. However, my spouse name never showed up on credit card statement. So how can I proof that we are using same credit card.

So If I understand correctly you are the main card holder as she is added as authorized user. Normally in that case each card member has their own card and online account. You can go to your settings and print the page where it shows who is the authorized user of each account, show both cards (authorized users have their own card)and both statements in which it should show account information for both.
