Service request for RFE

Has anyone done a service request about the time of the RFE response? And if so, how long did it take to get an answer? I talked with an agent on Friday because it has been 60 days since I send the response for a RFE and haven’t got any answer yet. So the agent placed a service request. Wondering if anyone else did this.

If the petition is H1B or L, is that under Premium processing?

But normally on service request, you will get further response within 15 days.

Thank you for the answer. No, I’m married to an US citizen. So it’s not under Premium processing. Hopefully I’ll hear something in 15 days.
