My husband is waiting for his EAD and he is in process to get his AOS. I have a green card but I would like to take him to the doctor. He has a big headache since few days.
anyone can tell me if I can take him without any ssn yet and How much do I will have to pay please ? Thank you

Whether he has an EAD or SSN is not really important. Lots of people on H4 and F2 don't have SSNs, and they have no problem going to the doctor.

More important is whether he has health insurance. If you work and have health insurance through work, you can add him, either during your open enrollment period, or within a certain period (usually 60 days) after the marriage. Did you add him?

Alternately, as an AOS applicant, he should be able to buy insurance from the Obamacare marketplace. We are right now in the open enrollment period which ends January 15. If he signs up by December 15, he can get coverage starting January 1.

Prices vary a lot. If your husband has no insurance you may find a clinic/doctor that will not charge a lot or if the problem is big some ERs offer financial aid and can reduce the bill to less than $100 if the income is low.

As per my knowledge, to consult and taking treatment, you will not absolutely require SSN.
