Special Immigrant Visa EB4
My Family PR application was rejected for the EB4 visa they applied for in 2019 while mine was approved. They came into the US 2014 with an F2 that expired in 2015. They recently received a request for evidence from the USCIS requesting they show evidence of maintaining status between 2014-2019. During this time they did not apply for change of status because I was of the opinion that since I was applying for change of status under I-140 they were also covered. I included their names on my application. What is the best evidences/way to respond to the USCIS that will cause their application be approved?
