Hi all, thank you for your time here. I recently submitted I-485, I-765, and I-131 without medical back in July 2021, currently on AOS for EB2 sponsorship.
When I sent my I-485 form, I indicated that I did not have any criminal records; that being said, I was browsing around months later and realized about minor traffic violation disclosure on a forum. I had 2 tickets, one in 2013 and one in 2018, both of which were civil citations. For the 2013 one, I paid a little over 500 dollars, so I should have checked "YES" on the question about citation.
I thankfully have the original electronic ticket and the proof of payment + case closed. Should I officially send these right now to USCIS? Or just hold on to them and pre-emptively tell the officer when they ask about citation during the interview and hand them the receipt? Or should I not say anything at all since it's not a criminal charge? Will this affect anything at all? It's honestly because I was confused about the question and didn't even realize about the traffic ticket/amount I had 9 years ago. Thank you.
