what is 245i and what are its benefits

Hi every one my father was an illegal immigrant and he converted his status 2 legal by 245i act and now he got green card, he also applied for green card for me and my mom and it was also approved(i824 petition) but I am aged out now but still NVC send me "follow to join" and told me to pay the fee and attend interview, I am confused now did NVC made a mistake or do i get covered under 245i act please help immihelp looking forward for your reply

How old are you now? How old were you when the petition was filed? How old were you when the petition got approved?

I am 26 now and i was 17 when the petiton was applied and it was approved in 2007

my date of birth is 30/sep/1985

and 245i was filed in 29/march/2001

You may have a chance but I don't want to mislead you. Google CSPA, there is a table which you can use to calculate if you qualify under CSPA rule. Worst case scenario, I will guide you to someone who is an expert.

I am sure I dont qualify for CSPA as I did calculations previously so if possible please guide me to an expert... thank you
