Hi everyone,
My wife and I are currently on E2 visa, and I was sponsored by my company for a green card EB2. We filed I-485, I-140 (regular), I-131, I-765 for all uf us on May 24th 2021. Biometrics were done in August. Since then, only the I-765s show biometrics were done and no change on any other applications (all filed to Nebraska).
Time is flying and I may have to find another job in the next 6 months. Am I elligible to use AC-21 with a different employer at this stage or do I need to wait for I-140 ? For I-765 ? Or not possible at all because I'm on E2 ?
