My priority date is current but I am outside the country

Hello, I came to India 2 years back for a job opportunity and with the plan to return to US when my priority date is current. Eb2 dates have moved fast and in November bulletin my date is current. My question is until when can I file adjustment of status ? Is there a time window after your date is current that you need to file I-485?

I believe there is no time window to submit AOS application if your PD remains current.
