EB category - What if PD date has passed by multiple years ?
For example: For employment based
- if my PD (Priority Date) date is Jan 2010 and currently USCIS is processing 2013 (current PD).
Lets say I am outside of USA and don't file for I-485 (AOS while inside USA) OR Consular processing (while outside of USA) then what will happen to my application ?
1. Can I do (GC application) it in future whenever I have opportunity to do so ? and re-use same PD date of 2010 I had ?
2. Do I loose my PD and have to start fresh with new PD date ?
