Hello. I am an F-1 visa holder married to a USC. Filling out the forms for AOS and I encountered several questions on I-485 and I-130 pertaining to children. I have no kids, but my spouse has 1.
For I-485 under Part 6 - Information about your children, should the stepchild be included here?
For I-130 under Part 4 - Information about beneficiary - Information about beneficiary's family (spouse and children), should the stepchild be included here as well?
Did I miss any other questions about children in the other required forms? Just wanted to see how you all handled it....
