Anyone had their case approved from Texas Service Center

Hi all,

any of you had your case approved from Texas Service Center, yet?

Our case was transferred on July 30th 2021, and we haven't heard anything since then!

Our case was sent in Jan 2021, Fingreprints May 2021, EAD/AP combo received Oct 2021. (Priority date: Jan 2020)

If you had your case approved, when was it transferred/sent in?

I think they are stuck in cases from Oct 2020 (or even before that). I submitted my I485 on June 2021 (EB3) and no update after that (I had previous fingerprints in the system which was applied to my case couple of weeks after they received the case and that’s it).
Check reviews which people wrote on google about “Texas Service Center”, everyone got frustrated about how slow and careless they are. I wish we could all sign a petition against them.

my case was transferred from texas to NBC january 25. and my case was approved on february 17. it took 19 months. but i didn’t hear about approval greencard at texas.

You are lucky that you get your combo card. Texas center is struggling with the backlog caused by applications from 2020. I'm still waiting on mine, applied on Dec 2020 (together with I-485). Currently, they are focused on EAD and I-485 processing is miserable, few per day. However, they are starting to transfer a higher number of applications to other centers, which could speed up processing.

I found in another forum this statement from one of AOS applicants in TSC (posted on February 11, 2022):

"I raised a query through my congress office in Nov and their office got a letter from USCIS yesterday saying TSC is still working on 485s filed in June 2020."

Not sure if it is true or not.
