Interview scheduled but have not received notice by mail over 22 days

Hi All, My online account says my interview has been scheduled but I am yet to receive the notice by mail. I have tried calling the toll free number but I end up speaking with a bot which doesnt help me. Is there anyway I can get to talk to somebody from USCIS or has anyone experienced this issue before? I have sent a message through the online account but I am yet to receive a response.

How do i chat with Emma? Been trying that for a while but can’t seem to find the option on the website. Seems it has been disabled.

I just visited www.uscis.gov scroll down a little and a rectangle with an "Emma's picture" shows up top right corner.

When I got a recent update on the website, it said that I can request a copy if I didn't receive the notice in time. Might be worth a try.

If you do not receive your approval notice by April 1, 2022, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice
