NABC certificate --> Requestor Name VS GC APPLICANT NAME

Quick clarification on my Aunt's NABC. She can not travel to the local registrar office and my relative is helping to get the NABC certificate.
Will it be a problem if requestor name on NABC certificate is different from that of the GC APPLICANT for whose birth we are asking NABC certificate.
