I am a Canadian citizen, currently on TN visa working in US. I was born in India, but when I acquired Canadian citizenship, i had to gave up Indian citizenship. If I decide to apply for green card through H1B visa process, will USCIS put my application in Canadian quota or indian quota for priority date?

Sadly, the quota is based on where you were born and not citizenship (AFAIK).Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
