Question for GC filling and Job change

In April 2022 bulletin, my EB2 GC PD date is current (My PD is 12/05/13). In normal life I would be very happy and proceed GC filling, however I am in different scenario. My employment is ending 2 weeks from now (Business closing) as the date just became current and made me eligible to file, I am assuming I might not be able to file i485 due to business closing. If I get a new employer ready to transfer my H1B visa, with this become an issue? I read somewhere that If your priority date becomes current, you cant trasnfer your H1B visa as its on premise that my date is not current.
any similar experience anyone want to share?
