I need Help Here and some enlightenment. I Was granted Asylum in 2020 and Was issued an I-94 Card but i still have a EAD that will expire in 2022 May. Has anyone worked with I-94 card and How did they go about it and also i am reading that i have to use the Card with my home passport. How do I go about this cos my country passport has expired

An EAD is enough by itself to work (it's a List A document for the I-9). You don't need any other documents with it. But if you have approved asylum, your asylee I-94 should allow you to work too (it's a List C document, which can be used with a List B document like a state driver's license). Alternately, you can work using your unrestricted Social Security card (a List C document) plus a List B document like a state driver's license. In none of those cases do you need a passport.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
