i130 approved , i485 pending interview schedule (AOS)

    i130 approved , i485 pending interview schedule (AOS)

    Hey all,
    Is it common to have i130 approved without interview? I have been waiting since last year to be schedule for i485 interview.

    If the I-130 and I-485 were filed together then is not common but it happens sometimes.
    Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
    Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
    Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021

      yes they were filed together. didnt send in medical yet either, hope there is some movement or no interview at all lol

        I-130 typically is approved without an interview. You would only get an interview for your 485.
