485 AOS Filing with i140 in Progress

My priority date is Dec-13, with the April bulletin I can file 485, my i140 is in progress and i don't see it will approve in the next 5-6 months. Should i wait for the Final Action date to get current or i should do concurrent filing by attaching i140 receipt.

Another question is where do i have to send my 485, my home state is CA and i140 is in Nebraska center. Based on details on USCIS i believe i have to send the document to the Phoenix location but i am not sure.

I would file as soon as I'm able to (not wait for Final Action Dates). This way you can get EAD and AP sooner.

After reading this USCIS information I agree that you need to file to the Phoenix location.

For April 2022, USCIS is using Dates for Filing for determining eligibility to file Adjustment of Status. So yes, you can file I-485 in April. You can file it while I-140 is pending, with a copy of the I-140 receipt.
