F1 to Immigrant Visa

Hi,

My fiancée is applying for F1 visa at the end of this year. In case if she is denied F1 then in future will it have any adverse affect while applying for the immigrant visa for her based on the marriage to US citizen?

Or in other scenario, if she gets a F1 visa and then later if we marry here in US and file for her status adjustment, what kind of questions, problems or scenarios one can anticipate ?

Please advise. I will gretly appreciate your help.

Rejection of F1 visa should no impact the marriage based filing. If she gets F1 and comes to US and marries you, it may show intent of marriage more then studies.
