In Jan 2015, My EB2 PERM was approved as QA Analyst title with my employer.
As Years passed I got a chance to work as a programmer with my background skills of development. The attorney suggested I file a new PERM .
I have an Aug 2021 I got an EB3 approved PERM with same employer.
Question : Assuming that my employer has QA Analyst title available,
1. Can I have two perms from same company with different categories ( EB2 and EB3 ).
2. Say if I get Date of Filing for EB2 category sooner, can I still use my EB2 PERM to file for Date of filing ?
